build:切换到调试模式并更新版本号

- 在 BuildProfile.ets 文件中将 BUILD_MODE_NAME 从 'release' 改为 'debug'
- 将 DEBUG 从 false 改为 true- 更新 CHANGELOG.md，添加 v1.0.11 版本信息
- 修改初始化逻辑，解决窗口状态异常问题
