refactor(app): 更新应用入口逻辑并添加内部测试支持

- 修改 MiniAppManager 中的 app.link处理逻辑，用于互联网医院/云诊室场景
- 更新 BuildProfile 配置，切换到 release 模式并设置 DEBUG 为 false
- 新增 InternalTesting目录，包含测试页面和签名工具说明
- 更新 README.md，添加内部测试签名工具使用说明
