feat(miniapp): 添加 Sentry 日志记录功能并优化环境切换逻辑

- 在 MiniAppManager 中引入 SentryHelper 用于发送开发阶段测试日志
- 优化厂商切换逻辑，增加对不同切换场景的日志记录
- 调整环境索引设置逻辑，确保全局环境值正确更新
- 注释掉 CossCertManager 中不必要的客户端 ID 清除代码
- 更新 BuildProfile 配置文件中的版本号和调试模式设置
