build(Release): 更新版本号并切换到发布模式

- 将 app 版本号从 1.0.1 升级到 1.0.2
- 在 basic 和 sdk_ywx 模块中将 BUILD_MODE_NAME 从 'debug' 改为 'release'
- 将 DEBUG 标志从 true 设置为 false
- 更新 CHANGELOG.md，添加新版本发布日期和特性
