refactor(app): 调整认证逻辑并更新构建配置

- 修正 CossCertManager 中的证书获取和绑定逻辑
- 更新 BuildProfile 配置，切换到调试模式
- 新增 publish.sh 脚本用于获取应用包哈希值
- 调整 SDK BuildProfile 配置，启用调试模式
- 修改 build-profile.json5，更新签名配置
