- 将 BUILD_MODE_NAME 从 debug 更改为 release
- 将 DEBUG 常量从 true 更改为 false
- 为 basic 模块更新构建配置
- 为 sdk_ywx 模块更新构建配置

- 在 API 调用列表中添加 myHospitalListNew 相关接口
