chore(build): 更新构建配置为发布模式并移除调试日志

- 将 BUILD_MODE_NAME 从 'debug' 更改为 'release'
- 将 DEBUG 标志设置为 false
- 移除了多个 SentryHelper 上报语句以减少调试信息
- 清理了不必要的日志记录点，优化生产环境性能
