feat(basic): 新增列表项样式配置和上拉加载更多控制

- 在 README 中添加 `canLoadMore` 配置项说明，默认值为 'default'
- 为列表项组件新增 `marginTop`、`marginBottom` 样式属性
- 为列表项组件新增 `brtRight` 和 `brbRight` 圆角样式属性
- 设置首项顶部外边距为 7，其余项为 0
- 统一设置列表项底部外边距为 7
- 设置列表项右侧上圆角和下圆角为 10
