feat(task): 集成语音识别功能到任务列表页面

- 添加了 IntentRecognizeHelper 的导入
- 在 openTask 方法中集成 IntentRecognizeHelper.recognize 功能
- 实现了语音命令 "查看第三条任务" 的识别逻辑
- 配置了 list 场景和 openTaskDetail 相关动作
- 添加了任务数据映射为 TaskExtraItem 结构
- 设置了语音识别成功和完成回调处理
