style(ui): 调整任务列表界面布局和样式

- 调整了activity_task_list.xml中的ConstraintLayout背景色属性顺序
- 移除了TextView的字体权重、字体族和重力属性
- 调整了SwipeRefreshLayout的高度和约束布局位置
- 在任务列表底部添加了上一页和下一页导航按钮
- 移除了item_task_list.xml中的多余布局属性
- 新增了bg_task_title_normal.xml和bg_task_title_selected.xml样式文件
- 实现了分页导航功能的UI设计
