feat: 鸿蒙 UpdateSDK 增强 - 对齐 Android/RN 功能

新增功能：
- 设备信息上报（deviceId, model, osVersion, vendor）
- 更新缓存（30分钟 TTL，preferences）
- 版本忽略机制（ignoreVersion, clearIgnoredVersions, isVersionIgnored）
- bypassIgnore 参数
- currentVersionName 上报
- userId 上报
- deviceInfo 扩展（HarmonyOS 设备信息）
